Hi! Im back,
About a week later, I think weekly is a little more realistic for me to write. That way I wont feel pressured to do it everyday.
This past week I've completely failed at watching what i ate. Milkshakes, Mcdonalds french fries(twice, once with 2 cheeseburgers), cookies, sodas, sugary coffees, desserts. ugh.
BUT today is a whole new day, this week will be a whole new week. And with the crazy weekend of my sons 2nd birthday, I will probably be wanting to pig out! but I really need to do this, for me.
I really want to lose this weight. I want it really badly. I want to feel good about myself, fit my clothes.
So I just finished a 50 min workout, working on all different parts of my body. from yoga, aerobics, to some strengthening exercises. I had a lot of fun. Threw my ipod on and went for it. I really thought working out late wouldn't be the best thing to do, BC then I'd be lazier throughout the day BC of not getting enough sleep. But Im able to make myself do it at night rather than waking up early. Its either late or really early. I just need to train myself that getting up early would probably make me feel better throughout the day, with a healthy diet. Working out at night feels great! Its so quiet...well...all you hear is the sound of Father and Son sleeping heavily :/ but i just really need to set my mind,body and soul to it and find out which time of the day i like better! Im open to opinions and motivation! Whoever is out there reading, thank you and just pray that i keep on going!
